Because of this, everyday glasses slide right in smoothly.
The frame itself is made from flexible TPU, and we integrated 8 magnets inside for a quick-release system. This means your buyers can swap out lenses really fast depending on the weather. The PC lenses block wind, snow, and UV rays. Also, we added 3 layers of adjustable foam to the frame. It creates a snug fit that stays comfortable even after a few hours of wearing them.
OEM & Custom Orders
Our factory handles full custom production runs if you need them. You can request pretty much any color for the TPU frame. On the lens side, we currently offer Clear, Dark, Silver Mirror, and REVO coatings. If you just want blank samples to check the quality, we can send those out in 1 to 3 days. Custom design samples usually take us about 2 weeks to prep. Bulk delivery takes 25 to 30 days once the deposit comes through. For retail packaging, we have PE bags, pouches, colorful boxes, EVA boxes, and PVC boxes. Let us know what fits your retail shelves best, or ask us about custom packaging.
